Spine and Disc Center of Arizona is a state-of-the art Chiropractic, Spinal Decompression and Physical Therapy office located in Gilbert, AZ. We just opened Physical Therapy Center of Arizona two office suites down from our existing practice to better serve our patients and to offer a full equipped physical therapy clinic.
Our philosophy is to provide patients with exceptional care to achieve optimal health and function. Simply put, patient care is our number one priority. This is done by one-on-one care by two Chiropractors, a physical therapist and massage therapists/physical therapy aides/chiropractic assistants with extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology and the biomechanics of the body.
Here at Spine and Disc Center of Arizona and Physical Therapy Center of Arizona we work to relieve your pain and help you to return to your normal level of activity prior to injury. We assist you to achieve a lifetime of physical well being. Common physical therapy approaches include:
- Therapeutic exercise: flexibility, strength, endurance, stability, agility, plyometrics all injury specific.
- Massage/ Manual therapy (hands-on): Deep tissue, trigger points, joint mobilization, ASTYM.
- Modalities (pain management): electrical stimulation, therapeutic ultrasound, heat, ice, iontophoresis.
- Posture Education: core strengthening, scapular stability, sitting and standing posture, body mechanics.
- Home education and management program: maintenance of improving status, do's and dont's with injury.
